Misty Copeland will deliver the keynote address at Senior Convocation on May 22 at Cornell University. The event will take place in Barton Hall from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Copeland, who became the first Black woman to be named principal dancer of the American Ballet Theatre in 2015, is set to speak at the event. The announcement was made by Cornell University in Ithaca.
