Captain Ladd Joins Rescue Efforts for Western Region

Captain Anthony Ladd from the Rocky Mount Fire Department has been deployed to the western region as part of the North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART). This specialized team includes personnel from the North Carolina National Guard and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, in collaboration with the North Carolina Emergency Management and local first responders. Their mission focuses on helicopter-based rescues.

During their deployment, Captain Ladd and the team have been involved in rescuing individuals and animals. The Rocky Mount Fire Department expressed appreciation for their service and urged the community to keep the team in their thoughts and prayers as they continue their efforts to assist residents in the affected area.
