The YMCA of Greater Rochester recently participated in the national Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience, held in Canandaigua. Participants had the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others involved in the YMCA movement from across the country. The event was well-received, and attendees expressed gratitude for the experience. Organizers are already looking forward to the next event, scheduled for 2024. The initiative aims to promote multicultural leadership development within the YMCA community.
