Cornell Study Reveals Bovine Embryo Growth Differences

Researchers at Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences have identified the genetic factors responsible for the different development rates of male and female bovine embryos. The study shows that these differences in growth occur as early as seven to eight days following fertilization.

The discovery provides important insights into early embryonic development. It has potential implications for advancing human health through improved drug development and in vitro fertilization methods. The findings may also benefit the bovine health sector and contribute toward sustainability in the dairy industry.

Further details about the study and its implications are available on Cornell University's website.
