Ontario County Sheriff’s Office has added three new team members to its Corrections and Law Enforcement Bureaus. Sheriff Cirencione swore in Correction Officer Demetrius DeJesus, Nurse Holly Spellman, and Deputy Seamus Shanley. Officer DeJesus joins from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision with more than three years of service. Nurse Spellman brings 13 years of nursing experience to the Jail Medical Unit, and Deputy Shanley is a nine-year law enforcement veteran who comes from the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

In addition, Investigator Cody Boadway was officially promoted from Road Patrol Deputy. Boadway, who joined the department as a new deputy in 2022, now holds the title of Investigator.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office acknowledges the dedication of these new members and their ongoing service to the community.
